GetUWired’s Client Managers train clients on how to implement Keap, the leading sales & marketing system for small businesses. You will teach, coach and take action for our clients. This role is for practical people who are not afraid to get involved in implementing Keap and a range of ancillary plugins and add-ons. They are part technician, part coach, and part marketing advisors.
In addition to being an Keap trainer and coach, you will handle third party suppliers on behalf of clients, while collecting fees for the service provided.
Client Managers need to have very strong interpersonal skills and rapport building. You will need to think critically in order to offer insight to clients. You should be able to learn and work fast, while being meticulous with details and tenacious in getting the job done.
GetUWired has a constant flow of new customers who need help. The Client Manager’s role is to help those clients become successful while developing an ongoing business relationship. They will be expected to manage their portfolio of clients and improving the service opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Help new Keap clients implement the software successfully
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to Keap clients
- Grow portfolio revenue
This is a phenomenal role for sales and marketing professionals who like working on client projects or customer service professionals who love mentoring clients to success.
You will have one month of in-house training at our Dahlonega office. Afterwards, you will be working from the comfort of your own home.
