We’re looking for a full-time Project Manager with serious multitasking abilities as you maintain several client relationships, compose action reports, and maintain strategic and tactical flexibility in a fast-moving environment.
You will handle anywhere from 7-12 projects at a time and will need to be able to flawlessly communicate with each at a high level. You don’t need a degree in a technical field, just a willingness to learn, along with extensive, proven organizational experience and a great personality.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain all project related documentation like project scopes, budget, requirements, project timelines & project meetings.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple clients across digital, web, mobile, social, CRM, etc.
- Analyze client needs, identify gaps, identify risks and define capabilities for an acceptable solution to business problems.
- Build constructive business relationships with both clients and 3rd party vendors.
- Demonstrate effective planning and client management as well as an ability to set and manage realistic project timelines.
- Work with creative and content teams on campaign initiatives.
- Work with analytics teams to build and track metrics as it relates to advertising campaigns.
- Excellent listening, communication and negotiation abilities with a high degree of diplomacy.
Experience and knowledge:
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in customer service or the software industry.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and an acumen for urgency and follow-through.
- Extraordinary communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven relationship builder with diverse partnered groups.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.
- Desire be a member of our kick-ass tribe who appreciates a highly unique, collaborative environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and can work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced, constantly changing entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal team members.
- Energetic, friendly and self-motivated attitude.
- Experience with email marketing, campaign management and creative development is a bonus
